In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The roses were wonderful but the delivery time was a bit disappointing, given that the destination was only 10 minutes away. Flowers were delivered close to 5 PM. I guess next time I'll need to pay extra (I did leave a tip!) for the "delivery time". Added fees! Come on people! We can do better.

I called Cotton Blossom because you showed as a local florist In Maricooa, AZ. My wife and I were celebrating our Wedding Annivesary of 16 years. Cotton Blossom were very friendly and professional on the phone for my order and sent exactly what I ordered. Amazing Local Company and Amazing flowers. The roses were beautiful!
