Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I was in a time crunch to find an arrangement to be delivered for a friend's mom's funeral. I ordered this at 3am the day of the funeral fully expecting that they wouldn't be able to fill the order since it would need to be delivered before the service, which started at 11am. I received a call at 8:45 from William saying that they were out of the wreaths and asking if a substitution would ok. I agreed and he assured me that he was working on it and doing his best to get it to the church on time. Not only was it delivered on time but it was absolutely gorgeous and the flowers were so fresh! My friend was so thankful and so am I.
